About Fitzalan Medical Group
Fitzalan Medical Group (FMG) has been providing high quality local primary healthcare for our 15,000 patients since 1994. As a patient you can be seen at any of our three branches by any of our clinicians.
Our centres in Fitzalan Road, Clun Road, Wick and Ash Lane, Rustington provide tailor-made facilities for all our patients and easy access for the disabled.
Our Doctors and Nurses offer a range of NHS primary medical services and enhanced services and there are a number of attached staffed such as counsellors and health visitors, give you access to a wide variety of clinicans and services.
Our Fitzalan road centre also houses a Lloyds Pharmacy and Fitzalan Dental Practice.
