OUR APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
IS CHANGING

4th February 2013
Fitzalan Medical Group will be trialling a new appointment booking system.
In order to make sure you are offered the most appropriate appointment, all urgent requests to see a clinician will be assessed by a doctor.
There will be a doctor available to assess your request between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm every day. Follow up appointments can be booked by reception.

If you would like an appointment, you will need to leave a contact telephone number and if possible give the receptionist a brief outline of the problem.
A doctor will then phone you back as soon as possible.
They will be able to offer you telephone advice or book you in with the most appropriate clinician if necessary.
