The Patient Reference Group (PRG)

Anyone who is registered at the practice and is 15 years old or more, can be a member of our patient reference group.  All we need from you is a valid email address and a willingness to take part in a couple of on-line surveys each year.
PRG People
You will also have access to our on-line forum where you will have the opportunity
to discuss our survey findings and make suggestions for developing or changing
our services.
