Pop in for a cuppa and a chat at the PainWise Community Health Drop-in. A welcoming space where you can get advice and guidance about what you can do to manage pain and get better sooner.

The drop-in service can connect you with social prescribers, trainee pharmacists, physiotherapists, and other community-based professionals — all here to help.

When: Every Wednesday, 1pm to 4pm (no appointment needed)
