The Covid-19 and flu vaccines help give you better protection, reduce the risk of serious illness and ease pressure on the NHS.

Who can have the COVID Vaccine?

  • Adults age 75 and over
  • Residents in care homes for older adults
  • Individuals ages 6 months and older who are immunosuppressed
 

Who can have the FLU vaccine?

  • Pregnant women
  • Children age 2 or 3 on 31st Aug 26
  • People aged 6 months – 65 yrs in clinical risk group
  • Adults age 65 yrs and over
  • Those in long stay residential care homes
  • Carers in receipt of carer allowance or main carer of elderly/disabled person
  • Close contact on immunosuppressed individuals
  • Frontline workers

Both vaccines are safe, effective and given as a quick, simple injection.
