Physiotherapy
Community Health Drop-in
- When: weekly at Chilgrove House, Thurs 9-12. No appointment needed.
- Who for: people (18+) who are experiencing pain from muscles, joints or bones which has been present for less than 12 weeks.
- It is an opportunity to work with people to understand what matters to them and explore what will support them. It’s to support people to self-manage early MSK pain as appropriate, and to engage with people about their wider health including social factors affecting them.
- It is not a clinical appointment or physio assessment. Not linked to patient records.
- Who will be there: hosted by Community Development colleagues, also present are a Physio, Social Prescriber, Prevention Assessment Team and volunteers.
Important to understand that it’s not a drop-in physio assessment, it doesn’t replace an MSK referral if that is what’s needed you would still need to see a GP for this.
